CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on mangomaniaindia@gmail.com In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on mangomaniaindia@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
